Ok I broke down and bought a 20oz. mojo rig to be fished off a three way swivel, with a lure off of the swivel off the back. Any on try on of these? I'll post some pictures to show you guy's and girl what I'm talking about.

I use them larger and smaller than what you have. That with the length of the line out will help you cover the water column. I can't remember exactly but something like 32oz on each corner of the stern, next back would be like 20oz about 80-120 feet, next back would be like 12oz at 150-200 feet back. All have 3 way swivels with something like a "hot lip's", parachute rig, they will have your paddle tail soft baits on them as well. I put the strech generally down they middle way bacy of everything else. I use (I believe) 60 or 80 lb braid, then a 5 ft lentgh of 50 lb leader, I like to put a trolling swivel on it so it can be wound onto the reel if need be. The stretches seem to do best for me early in the morning, I may pull 2 then, but as the day goes on I will start keying in at where they are in the water column. That's where the mo-jo combinations come into play, all on 80lb braid. Good luck, Frank
In the Chesapeake around bloody point I get my planers out as far as possible depending on the traffic and put 12 rods out off a 19' carolina skiff or 25' mako with 2-3 guys on board and we do just fine. I mostly run parachutes, umbrellas, and tony or crippled spoons all on 40# mono spooled and 60# or 80# leaders depending on the fish size and size of the bait. I've never tried mojos but they seem like they would be to heavy unless you use them for the short on a tandem rig with a trailing spoon.

Please understand that I have only fished for these rock ocean side in the winter. The way I explained may do absolutely nothing in the bay, I never fished for them there. Here at home in NC when I do fish for rock inshore, I don't use mo-jo's. Again it's only winter time rock along the beach that I am refering to. Frank
That's ok, I fish the jersey coast from Sandy Hook to Harvery Ciders. So this all trying something new.
