wheewww! that looks like a paint in the ash right there. I'm glad i can pull mine out. there has got to be a better way than that? you have to do that every year? how about a bath system that floats you in something that kills all the chit and leaves your paint nice and clean. then whilst we have you in the air we spray on some teflon?

Forget the charter business. How about just owning a boat??? I honestly don't know how you guys get anything done on your rigs down there with the year round season you have. We usually pull in January and then the weather is usually too bad to even work on anything outside and once the weather breaks usually late March we can start working on our rigs and if you have any kind of substantial work to do you almost will always miss the Spring Striper run. Anyway, I feel your guys pain but there's nothing like it when your done and you splash her in the water and can actually enjoy it rather than work on it all the time.

I think Norm Issacs, a very successful charter captain over in Hawaii said it best when he answered the question, "What would you do if someone gave you a million dollars?" He said, "Why, I'd keep on charter fishing until the money ran out!"

No truer words were ever spoken! You do it for love, not for money and a light work schedule, that's for sure. Been there, done that, as many of you have and I respect the heck out of my fellow charter brothers...crazy though we all might be!

Book 'em up and have a great year, guys.
