Today I started out by calling Bertie County court house to find out how much a reduced speeding ticket will cost. Nope can't do it all because of a couple inches of the white stuff has fallen and they decided to close for the day. Ok, Ok, I said, well I guess I can run to my bank real quick to deposit some money for the week ahead. I jump in the truck here in Morehead City with a few flakes of snow falling on the windshield heading to the bank. I pull up and walking to the front doors I notice that the lights are off and the pretty girls inside have decided to let the last customer out the doors and refused to let me in to deposit two checks. It would probably take them about 3 minutes of there time. I know North Carolinians don't experience the fluffy stuff to often but come on people its not even sticking yet. We are expecting 1" to 2". Not even enough to delay school back in my home state of pennsylvania. They were closing schools last night before it even got here. If the snow frightens everyone to close all business operations, schools, court houses ect. Then they should ban everyone from driving on the roads and force everyone to stay at home because there's nothing for us to do. One more thing to add why do we the people rush out to the grocery stores and buy up all the milk ,bread cookies or fruit or what have you before a snow storm. We act like its the ending of the world or something...
I never seen a snow storm keep things shut down for more than two days tops... I THINK WE CAN ALL SURVIVE PEOPLE
don't you think !!! Have we all become a bunch of pansies when the sky decides to milk itself
Drive safe and stay away from other drivers!!!!!!!!!![]()

I wish Beach Bums would deliver some of the crispy potato slices up this way.
