Mine absolutely does. I keep a thermometer in each bird.
I usually start out with the smoker temp in the 150 - 160 range for 8 - 10 hours, and then bump it up for the last couple of hours to about 175 - usually takes about 12 - 14 hours for a 15 lb bird |

WSM are good.. they are nice and get the job done..
if you wanna get a good smoker cheap get a char-griller from lowes or home depot.. They have the fire pit in the side box and work very well!! |
