    Smoked Ribeye Roast!

    So with the wife in Charleston for a work conference I decided to smoke a Ribeye while she was out. My wife is an odd one as she doesn't like smoked food so I like to make the most of it while she's gone.

    Through the roast on an hour or so ago after I got home from work. It's going to be sooo damn tasty!!

    No worries, it's a refillable mug! Ended up cooking the roast for about 3.5 hrs. The roast was about 5lbs.
