HOW MANY SETS OF COOLER HINGES DO YOU TWO BOTTOM BANDITS GO THRU PER YEAR?

Good catch slip and seabiscuit, Marty Igloo now makes coolers with metal hinges and they look like they can take some abuse

PRETTY WORK ON THE BOTTOM DWELLERS .I USE OLD BYCYCLE TIRES,FOR COOLER HINGES.CUT A 3 INCH WIDE SECTON OUT OF THE TIRE,AND PRESTO YOU GOT A HINGE.

Good question Box. It's funny that you mention it because just last week I bought some replacement hinges from Boater's World. Pretty expensive. I think they were about 8 bucks for a pack of 2.
