    PRETTY WORK ON THE BOTTOM DWELLERS .I USE OLD BYCYCLE TIRES,FOR COOLER HINGES.CUT A 3 INCH WIDE SECTON OUT OF THE TIRE,AND PRESTO YOU GOT A HINGE.

    Good question Box. It's funny that you mention it because just last week I bought some replacement hinges from Boater's World. Pretty expensive. I think they were about 8 bucks for a pack of 2.
