    Slip Slidin Report 11/20

New anchor rope, livewell full of pinfish, full tank of gas and off we went. Made a quick stop at 20 miles and picked up some pretty bee liners so the pinfish wouldn't be lonely for the journey out east. Decided to do some investigating today. Water temp fluctuated throughout the journey. Ended up fishing 64.5 degree water. Did not seem to hinder the bite at all. Had a fairly consistent bite on every stop. Anchored on a few and drifted a couple that also produced. We ended up releasing numerous, more than legal, reds with hopes of getting on a good scamp bite. Well, Biscoto landed a nice scamp but we had no other takers. All the critters came from offshore today. Here are a few pics.

Enjoyed it as always Biscoto. No complaints. Life is good. Slip.

Damn what a nice size red. That thing is close to 30 inches. Sweeet!. Slob size Gags too! Nice job guys. Ocean looked nice in the back ground photos. Looked like another great day on the water with a good bite!
But we gotta hear the story on the anchor line replacement???
Keep the reports coming. With a not so good offshore forecast the next few days whats the chance we'll be reading a report titled "I see SPECKS on the horizion" from you guys?

As usual, first degree murder of the Grouper. Why am I not suprised....Oh yeah, because you guys crush them everytime you go out. What is more impressive to me is how rarely you guys hit the same patch of fish. Slip, congrats on your biggest Puddinhead to date. I see it giving you a little hell trying to lift it, which impies a lot, as I have seen you take the anchor rope from me and casually pull it in after I was just about to die of a heartattack trying. What did the Puddinhead eat? Does the first picture imply that Biscoto snagged a sweet double decker on the chicken rig, or just fast and furious action? Hope you guys smacked em up again today. I would have been the latest addition to a telephone pole or roadside ditch had I tried to swing the drive down and back (may have been less painful than wondering what I missed though). As Slip always, says and the pics reiterate, " Life is Good". Thanks for the report! See you fellas at the Oyester Roast...The Captain is pumped up about his assignment...King of the smores.

Great day yesterday and a special fish that slob with the big lips. So much so I decided to take another picture of him prior to butchering today:

A wonderful day on the water captain Slip! Thanks for taking me fishing and congrats on the piglet.
