Biscoto and I headed out a little earlier than normal today. We planned to head a little further offshore and search the bottom for a few critters. Made bait at about 25 miles and headed off. Dodged a few showers along the way. Made our way offshore and first stop we drop and Biscoto gets a good bite but doesn't come tight. Next drop he came tight on this fat fella.
Caught a bunch of beeliners and another grouper or two. Here are a couple more pics.
Here is a dock shot and a pic of Biscoto with two pretty ole red fish.
Great January day on the water. I don't know what we did to deserve this fabulous stretch of weather but I hope it continues. I had a great time as always Biscoto. Thanks and congratulations on some nice puddins. No complaints. Life is good. Slip.
Nice job Nick!! Looks like the ones you all got to bite were a bit bigger than on Sunday...BTW, Thanks again for a wonderful day of fishin' this weekend...It was a true pleasure!! ~ Andrea
I was talkin' about you two on Saturday while we were bottom bouncing for a little while. I think I need to come down that way and study up on the bottom fishing with you guys. Incredible what you two do on those bottom critters each and every trip. Nice catch and even nicer to be able to enjoy a beautiful January day with good friends and good fishing!!
Nice catch fellas, those sure are some fat reds. Glad you had a good day on the water and hopefully we'll have a nice mild winter with many more days like today.
Slip glad you got your boat off the sling and onto the water! I was about to put some wings on her with all that "air" time she was getting!
Keep up the good work.
