    Slip Slidin Report 1/3

Started the 2009 fishing season in some very fine company today. Had Biscoto Sr. and Biscoto Jr. aboard the Slip Slidin today. We took off around 7:30 this mornin in search of some critters that were willing to take a free ride home in an air conditioned box. We started fishin about 28 miles offshore and worked our way off from there. No major bites today but a few honorable mentions to kick off the season. Biscoto Jr. started off with an octopus on the jig that will make a nice appetizer. Biscoto Sr. caught a 33 inch cobia on the bottom that he released and I caught a hog fish that was not released. Great January day on the water with some great friends. Here are a few shots.

Enjoyed it as always today fellas. Hope the rest of the season is healthy and productive. No complaints. Life is good. Slip.

    Keeper Grouper!!

thought you had to THROW BACK those grouper?

What gives????? does a commerical permit allow you to keep them?

Awsom Report and yes the octopus will be tasty a little garlic, and butter one of those you either cook for 30 min or 30 seconds!

Awsome Report! It was a nice day on the water!
