My dad and my uncle have been hounding Biscoto and I to go fishing. Unfortunately, we both fish small boats and my dad is going to be 73 this year. So we decided to charter the Cheerio Lady out of Carolina Beach. Captain Calab Batson is a very hard working young man who fishes without a mate. Needless to say, we kept him very busy today. This is a picture of the rest of the crew.
We had a 20 dollar bet going for the biggest grouper. This fella ended up taking the pool.
These are the three amigos with today's lineup in the background. My father in law is in the middle and my dad is on the right end.
We missed Biscoto today, he was traveling for work. It was a fantastic day, well spent with my family. We always look forward to taking these trips. Getting to spend time with the old men on the water is priceless. One of my most memorable days today. No complaints. Life is good. Slip.

Now, you should be ashamed of yourself for never letting anyone else win the pool! Next trip I'll help one of the senior anglers teach you a lesson!
