Wink A slightly early Long weekend

plan was two days game fishing and thats what we did. Thursday the water was warm and we found alot of bait but everything was down deep, no skippie's nothing.
conditions were very pleasant though.Pretty ratshit dayLOL

    Friday,
out nice and early and shortly after setting the lures we start finding some big bait schools and and straight into skippie's. bout 930 after killing a few skippies the shotty howls then goes quiet. we continue on for a bit and go to circle the mark and whammo shotty goes off again. clear the gear and then dropped it again and theres stripey and a hole in the water where the lure was. buggerAngry lure was a big unicorn blue/silver, worked the area for a while bit no cigar.

continue on during the day getting a ton of skippies but no more action. catch up with saltiga and salute him with team browneye on one of our drivebysLOL

decided to head in slowly and made our way to a snapper spot for change of tide with a bunch of fresh skippies.

    Then it Happened
    Whammo!
Crispy was touching cotton at this stage

    in the net

    next cast Kyle hooks up

another solid fish meets the net

Crispy thinks its big, Or he is happy he managed to net the fish?LOL

Thats a neat looking fish. I for the life of me cant understand what your trying to say in your posts, but I enjoy reading them.

Funny how the lingo's are that much different.

What is the type of fish you caught?

"Crispy was touching cotton at this point." Does that mean the fish is called a Crisp, and that it was in the net?

My take on it is ...the brown eye salute= giving them the moon, crispy was touching cotton=shitting his pants.
