Folks, I am beyond words as to what this little event that Nicho and I thought might just work.......maybe......has turned into. First the response by everyone to fill 11 teams was much more then we expected. Then Triangler so graciously donated the 12 spot to a yet to be named father/kid.

Now I received this following PM that not only moved my wife and I to tears but also offered an opportunity for yet another father/kid team that may never get this opportunity again to particpate in such a fun event.

"Hey Bill. Hope all is well. Great event you are putting together here. Unfortunately I will not be able to fish the tournament but I would like to contribute. I would also like to sponsor a father/son team that might not be able to swing it financially for whatever reason. I will leave the decision up to you. I will cover their entry fee. They will have to provide transportation,accomodations,food,etc. Please let me know if this is o.k. Please keep me anonymous if you don't mind. Thank you"

Folks - I am not from the MHC area. But if someone could please call a local newspaper and or church, boys and girls club or just someone you know, I would greatly appreciate it. I will be traveling all next week out of the country but will be checking my voice mail daily. I will get back to anyone who may have a candidate to fill the incredibly generous offer.
