    Bait Shower Teaser for offshore

Anyone ever use one of these? Got mine from Eye Catcher out of Hatteras.
DAMIFINO turned me on to them a few years back. Had good success with it early in the season with a purple and black witch rigged with a med hoo for gaffers. Worked well for blackfin with a natural cedar plug behind it. Usually run it on the rig farthest out in the spread (tail end of a diamond shaped spread)Tremendous action in the water. Looks very similar to a predator making a run at bait and when they leap frog one another in retreat.www.eyecatcherlures.com/baitshowerteaser.html

One of my favorite rigs but I make me own...The work awesome...Try It with a seastar or some type of chugger bait behind It like saillure....I fish I from the short rigger...It seems to have better action fron that spot...

    Bait Shower is the Schitt

We use it and it really looks like it's jumping out there. The chuggers or flat faces really do well as the chase bait.

JimmyK - I didn't see em on your website but I assume you are using the dredge teasers?

    zzzzzzzzzzz !! fish on !!!!

i run those shower teasers alot !!!
    here's the "money spread".....
reel seat spreader bars on the short riggers....i like the small squids....shower teasers with a bally behind it(i like the mini raptor from eye catcher)...
run that shower teaser real close to the spreader bar....this really gets alot of multiple hook ups...usually the bally goes first than the spreader.......caught a bunch of tuna on that rig this year...

Goldman brought one on my boat two yrs ago and we caught a white marlin on it in the first five minutes. I used Jimmyk's shower spray on a trip with him last April and we ended up with a meat slam. quite a few of the fish came on his shower spray. I fished them in a clear pocket just inside of the short rigger at a distance between the short rigger and long rigger. works great.
