Shimano customer service
Just wanted to relate a great experience I had with Shimano yesterday. Once I got through (the only marginal part of my experience), the service rep Vu was helpful, courteous, and ensured that I didn't need a backordered part right away. He was prepared to make anything work for me. I don't want to get into specifics to build expectations, but they surpassed any expectation I had. Thsi experience will keep me a Shimano customer for many years.
By the way, I am not affiliated etc with Shimano. Too many people just badmouth places when they do wrong, but don't offer praise when they see good service.
I've been away from the forum for a while due to work, but have enjoyed the fishing reports. Happy late birthday Ponce and any other Tuefelhundes out here and a late thansk to all the fellow vets out there.
