I am lucky enough to serve on the board of our local Boys and Girls Club, so I know how tough it can be to raise funds. The thing that gets me though is if people could see the difference that this organization makes in the lives of these kids, they would never even question going to the pocket and helping out.

Blue Water Shirt Club is sending a check as well as 6 dozen t-shirts for the club to distribute where and when needed.

SAD NOTE....WE HAVE 3 CLUBS WITH 30 MINUTE DRIVE OF EACH OTHER....AND WE CLOSED THE DOORS THIS WEEK TO THE ONE IN BEAUFORT.....WE WERE 100K SHORT AND DID THIS OUT OF NECESSITY WITH THE HOPES OF RE-OPENING IT SOON

Just sent paypal in 50 bucks for six raffle tickets for the planer/tiagra combo. This will go good with the gaff clt_capt. made me for winning/matching GW on the custom gaff auction. Hope the kids get to what they need for donations, every little helps guys.......
