Fished today with a couple of buddies from back home and we had to work for them! Launched out of Breton Sound Marina and the forecast was supposed to be light and variable, but you know that the weatherman is never right. It wasn't fun on the way out in the 2-3 ft rollers with a constant spray in your face. Made out way to the fishing ground and put about 4 trout in the boat and then we spotted a thunder bumper getting closer so we decided to run back tho the marsh and start looking for some schoolies under the birds in the calm water. By 9:30 we had a 28 trout and made the decision to go back out because we knew if the wind laid we could jump back on them because we wanted mules not slice bread trout. Tide fell all day and bounced around and finally got on a consistent bite and finished the day with the limit of 75 and 20 white trout. Here's the pic of today's fish.
