Great video fellas. Looks like you all had a fine, fine day. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us. One hell of a lineup on the boat. Fish didn't stand a chance. Congratulations to all!

All kidding aside, fishing with the Biscuit is truly a great experience each and every time! Glad you got a taste of the great fishing we have here in NC!
Squid , I hear ya bother but i have to take blood thinners and the freakin Black and Blues last weeks

It really stinks and i bet i lost fish due to not gettin the jump on em when fiddling with the belt ,,

Chris, was a pleasure to meet you and put a face to a name. Looks like you had a great time, but what can you expect with the company you had.

FROZEN IN THE BOX BY THE BOX

Box packed me up with a cooler full of Vacum sealed rock solid MEAT

I had my doubts it would make it 2 days in the car and still be frozen solid

    not even a soft spot

This was a 101 on freezing for travel for us

Vacum seal and freeze the meat

fill cooler with regular cubes add Salt ,,Only ever have i used it in Ballyhoo brine and a slurry for the meat in the box onboard ?

slide the frozen bags in the ice layered stuff top of cooler with Newspapers
" I learned that one in Boy Scouts " .

close up cooler and tape any edges that can leak air and place cooler back in deep freezer overnight.

Thanks again for all the warm welcomes from the NC Good Ole Boy's

    Cookin The Catch

well we tried some blackened filets this evening
I have eaten blackened seafood before but never have we made it
I guess Box Man sparked some Culinary pizazz into our lives

This is what we started with , we cut the Cayene Pepper in Half and added some bottled Cajun Spices and Florida Seafood seasoning

It was enjoyed thoroughly Thanks again Nick and Marty
