I for one am glad those big Scamps DO NOT fight as good as they eat. They would never get caught!
Another epic bloodbath Brother Nick! You're way with words and pictures pales only to your ability to put piles of fish on the decks; regardless of the fishing location. The Downeast flavor makes this report just a bit sweeter than most of em. Thanks for sharing.

A mighty fine catch and a great way to pass on the traditions.
That snapper on the grill looks awesome.
Way to go SEABISQUIT, looks like you and the boys had a great trip and great time!![]()
Nick,
Thanks for the awesome report. I am sorry that we didnt meet up. I would have enjoyed meeting the famous Biscoto crewTried to get you guys on the radio a few times but I think you were too far off shore. Maybe next time!
Cheers
Unbelieveable! The next day I had another sail come in and windshield wipe a pink skirted hoo ONE MILE OFF THE BEACH!!!!
I was so taken back I just stopped and stared like a moron trying to convince myself that there was no way I was seeing what I was seeing. About thirty seconds later I finally gathered myself enough to drop back but he was already 100 feet away from the bait tailing it back towards the beach.
I tried to call you also to tell you guys about the most insane top-water amberjack bite I have ever seen in my entire life at AR330. I could have thrown a wrench in the water and they would have mowed it. It looked like bombs going off in the water for hundreds of yards. It was amazing and I heard Jacky mention your kids were with you. I thought they might have enjoyed seeing that. Heck ... anyone would enjoy seeing that. Insane!
I would love to get you guys out on my rig sometimes too. Just drop me a line the next time you are heading to the area. I may make a couple trips to Wilmington this fall as well. I will surely let you know.
