    Nick - That's good stuff (fish AND PIE)! I spent Saturday on Carter's Mountain outside Charlottesville, walking the orchard with as my boy picked apples. Me.... I had my pen knife in hand, cutting slices and smiling.

    Business as usual for The Butcher of Wilmington...

    The Biscoto spreads never cease to amaze me. Your contractor must have done a splendid job on the screened porch. Hopefully half as good a job as you did on the fishing trip. Once again you leave me green with envy. The apple pie....now that was special. I could smell it from here. I hope to get down there soon and catch a couple Groupers and drink a few cold ones by the fire. It won't be soon enough though. Thanks for sharing another incredible day on the water.
