Why do you guys insist on other trout dishes than fried trout....We didn't get to be the colesterol capital of the world by baking anything.....

Those are not trout..... those are large Menhaden. Whatever you do ... do not eat them! Quickly ice them down and overnight them to me in NC so I can rig them up for bait.
