Boat: skiff
Home Port: swansboro
Best Catch: 67 in sail 56 in red drum
sat in the blue water

had a chance to run to the blue water
put lines in around 50 fathoms
started off slow but the bite picked up around 11 am
had a 13 year old with us and soon we got him his first Tuna
and not long after we got his first Wahoo
a little later his dad caught his first Wahoo and around 1 pm he caught his first Sailfish.
we ended the day with 2 Tunas.
2 Wahoo's and 1 68 inch Sailfish
we lost another sail at the boat and had alot of short strikes the we feel were tuna

it was a great day for a small boat to run out

Lee you are right
I love seeing the kids catch fish
Trevor the 13 year old would have also caught the Sail but we had 3 line go off at the same time and he was busy fighting a mystery fish that came unbuttoned
it was still a great day
