Can't wait to get it on the Hotshot, we could have used it tonight we had rods everywhere.

For the few times that I have actually fished since I have installed the one on my boat.... I don't know how I lived without it.... it's so nice to have a place to put some additional rods.

Yes, the only reason that I haven't made one out of wood yet is the amount of work that will be required to put 8-10 coats of finish on it. I plan on doing one over the winter out of wood to see how it comes out.

We have a teak release fighting chair on the boat and just had it refinished. There was talk about adding cup holders on the rocket launcher while we had it apart, but decided to keep it just the way it is.

Cup holders are a necessity on a boat. We usually end up with one or two drinks spilled on deck

You probably thought of this before, but it might be kinda cool to have a little pull out drawer on the underside of it for maybe tools or things you would need for a quick fix in the heat of a moment.
