Request for an Eye Wittness Box Report

Box, I was wondering if you had the time could try do an eye wittness news story on the MHC wildlife ramp.

In the past 2 weeks I've heard it was "hopefully" going to be open by June, when I heard by Memorial day weekend, then I heard by May 14th.

Any chance we could get the real scoop on the internet news?

FYI: I asked NCWRC about the planned schedule for re-opening the ramp in MHC. Eric Christofferson kindly replied as follows:

"The contract duration is 90 days. we are in the process of performing a change order to drop it back to 70 days for a hopeful opening of the site by the first two weeks of May. We know this is a huge inconvenience for folks and we tried our best to get the project started earlier but it didn't work out. Thanks for your patience, I'm sure you will be pleased with the outcome. "

Only time will answer this question for sure.
