Recommendations for Food in Morehead City

Going to be down in that neck of the woods next week for a few days for work and was wondering if someone could recommend a few good places to eat. I don't care about price or atmosphere, just want good fresh seafood. Any help would be greatly appreciated......

You can never go wrong with HOOTERS. Good food and good scenery.

Watermark in Atlantic Beach is also good.

Box took us to two places actually, one was on the waterfront right by the run off and fighting lady ( s2n), it was very good, and the second was one in atlantic beach went out the causeway, past the tackle stores , then at the first traffic light make a right , go down about a mile and there was a strip mall, the restaurant was in there, great wood there too. maybe box can hop on and give the names of these places.

THEN THERE IS "AQUA" IN BEAUFORT..........ONE FOR THE LADIES

AND IF YOU CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF SECONDARY NICOTINE ...TRY THE BEACH TAVERN ATL BEACH FOR QUICK NIGHTIME FOOD OR LUNCH.....HISTORIC DIVE....BUT SMOKEY AS HELL

If you hop down the road 12 miles to Salter Path my childhood stomping grounds, Frank and Clara's is good. The Crab Shack is a hole in the wall but very good. Big Oak drive in ain't bad either.

If you want to wine and dine someone Beaufort Grocery is very good but you will pay for it.

Drive over to Beaufort and the Beaufort Grocery has always served fine fare.

Thanks for all advice, it beats the hell out of asking someone at the front desk of a hotel on where to eat. I'll definitely check out a couple of the recommendations unless I get hung up on the first one I try.

If you like fried oysters, Clawsons in Beaufort can't be beat, big menu and all is good.
