Quick OI report 8-21

My brother just text on his way in 31 mahi and 2-5 on white marlin. May have pictures later.

Would love to hear where he fished. We did well on the Dolphin this week inshore out of OI. Beautiful blue water and flyers just 7-8 miles off the beach. Report to come.

Just got off the phone with Chadd and a few more details. Chadd, Bob who manages a farm he hunts and Bob's girl friend Sue left OI on High Returns out of the fishing center @5:00 heading North, thats right 3 for the day on a 57' Cannady! What a day they had, Chadd took my Spheros 8000 on a Talavera rod and put it to work on the small mahi. 3 man limit in the boat and work on the white marlin bite hooking 5 leadering 2 and losing 1 at the boat. Said the marlins covered them up all day, as Chadd was fighting his/keeping it under control they were trying to hook one of the other three still behind the boat. That was the one that didn't get leader. I'll work on the video of the action and some pictures to show the events of the day when I get his card Monday. Mission of the day was to put meat in Chadds cooler and Bob on a bill fish. Sounded like mission accomplished and a bonus with Sue landing her marlin.
