what paint are you using on your running gear/underater metals and how does it hold up for two seasons?

I've been using Trilux 33 spray on the metal for the last 6 years. I can't say it really holds up - As you can see from the "before" photos at the top, there's not much paint left. I don't believe much of anything will hold up for 2 years - but I think the paint adds at least some barrier to growth...

is one blade of each wheel a diff color? Clue me in on this one. I've seen squid/fish painted on hull but why the diff color blades? tom
