ok guys, let me pick at your machanical brain some.

with the re-power om this boat havent found a good pair of yanmar motors but i found a good pair of low hours cats 3160s with the gear boxes for 10 gs.

these come out of a boat almost the same size, with the added horse power taking the 3 blade wheels of an going with 4- blade nibreal wheels, speed isnt the top priority for me on this so i hopeing for better handling.

any of you guys thats done this can you please give a little direction what you encounterd, going with the bigger wheels did you half to incress the size of the rudders to compensate, thanks shane.

Shane, I know of 3 Prowlers just like yours in business for charter right now. I've fished both of them and they're very nice boats for the size. They're a little wet, but that's it. I'll see if I can find a few pics of them for you. Also, if you have any questions, call this guy. He owns 2 of those Prowlers and is always looking for another one. He knows everything there is to know about those boats.

I can see it's dangerous for you, but if the government trusts me, maybe you could. Agitated88's Avatar
