posssible state record bass

I don't have many details. it weighs over 16lbs and was caught in Rapides parish (center of state, parish Alexandria is in). the picture was taken in Security Sporting Goods, a place i worked at in the early 90's. i will call to see if i can get some more details.

the bass was caught late in the evening 5/6/10 at Valentine's lake. this is a small recreational lake. Caught it on a purple worm. the lady that caught it was fishing out of a kayak. here is a picture of the rod and reel used. a spincast reel on a spinning rod they weighed it at the Krogers in Alexandria around 10 pm.
