The whole thing about having to change your class of license because your trailer has the POTENTIAL to carry over 10,000lbs is ludacris! I could understand that you would need it if you were actually pulling that weight but they say you need it even if you are just pulling your trailer down the street. Idiots.

I made the trip this morning to get the wide load permit and got it 100.00 for a year,what a bunch idiots running that show.If your load is under 10ft.wide you dont have to have flags or banners,my guide post are 9ft 9inches but I still have to have the permit.Those of you that need flags and banners can get them at Hunnings truck parts on hwy,55 east in pamlico county.I done a little venting,untill they said they would call the cops for being disruptive.I didnt want my wife to have to drive 3hrs.to bail my arse out,so I chilled out.Ijust finshed a e-mail to sen.Bev Perdue about all this B.S. Lets see if I get a reply, she is running for govenor for N.C.
