    Pirates Cove Day 1 Report???

The weather all but sucks with a ton of rain backed up with the freak'n wind. Pretty much going to let the pictures do the reporting here.

Pirates Cove has never let us down with the fishing on the Tuesday Morning Children Tournament Series, Steve scouting out a hole for this week with a little pre-fishing.

Got down early to get our younger guys out to show them a few things to improve their salt water skills.

Had Will doing a little dance to get the weather gods on our side...

Got the boys heading back to C'ville and the weeks crew arrived eager to get out on Monday. Sunday Night... MORE RAIN...EVEN MORE WIND... early morning wasn't going to happen so we made a few drinks, watched football, few drinks, shared stories, few more drinks and little more football.

Finally got to some fishing and the guys that stayed inside, I mean stayed inside Pirates Cove did okay.

And this was the only bite between 3 boats fishing the OI bridge and a couple of flats looking for anything that swims.

This last one shows a bucket having done to it what the weather man has done to us for DAY 1!

As you can see, some of the guys probably won't make to the weekend for a fix!

I thought I saw you Vikings walking around the grounds! What a mess it was, I was trying to get a few projects done on the boat, having been blown out again. Today looks a whole lot better as far as some sunshine goes.

We are planing to go live bait for some Stripers tomorrow, need to go fishing.

Nice report, glad you guys made the best of a crapy weather weekend.

I think they are fishermen, one is holding a red and one a striper, I might be wrong though. Nice way to make the best of the trip for the kids.
