    Permits??

After a 10 year hiatus from the offshore game I plan on getting back into it this year. I know lots of things have changed. One of them being permits or liscenses to fish for offshore fish. Could ya'll please tell me the type of permits I need to have if I plan on catching bluefin, yellowfin, blackfin, wahoo, dolphin, and kings. And maybe a Marlin. I appreciate any input.
