    coffee grinders suck

Buy a reasonably priced conventional reel with a high gear ratio and you will be much happier. Better yet a 2 speed like my sx series avets.

If you like the Penns and you want a spinning reel the 760 Slammer will do the drag(50+) and has the line capacity(450yds of PE 6) at about $150.Shimano has a reel the Saragosa which is really nice does a ton of drag and has the line capacity for around $300.Hope this helps.

I've been eyeballing the new Fin Nor Offshore reels...OF65, 85 & 95...lots of capacity for Braided line and tough drag for any size offshore game.

Any comments from the other members on these Fin Nor reels?? Cut and paste the link above. I think they range in upper $190s but good name brand.
