    First double I have ever caught with a spec and a spanish being the victims... they were caught this morning...The rest of the story will amaze the rest of you...You won't hear it though till you type I AM A WAHOOPIE in the thread with that title....

    Leave to HOLWACHAMACALIT to find an 80 degree fish in 50 degree water!

    How do you like those little glass minnow jigs Geoff? I was eyeing them at the tackle sto last Saturday and thought they might get the early spring small bait work done!

    those work great biscuit, i keep packs of them loaded all summer in the bag :-)

    i like em cuz they have a little lead on the shaft of the hook, covered by the foil...


    if the spanish ever get really picky, bust out the little glass minnow jigs on some 6lb test rod....12-15lb flouro..they hit it like its goin outa style...will get cutoffs though lol



    that is a unique combo there Geoff, wonder where oh where they were caught....some HOT place......probably on the side of the road in a DITCH....
