    Ballyhoo and squid in the Sound. Pretty cool. The other stuff listed here is all news to me also. I don't doubt a word of it, just to make that clear.

    We caught a striper-maybe 6 pounds- in a inch and a half marsh gillnet in Lower Broad Creek around twenty years ago. Only one I have ever seen or heard of, before or since.

    A friend of mine caught some this week in the Chesapeake in a cast net. Strange things do happen but might have to go looking myself before the next offshore trip.

    caught ballys in the sound aswell..they should start moving out again soon as the water gets colder.
