Package sent to the NE, stamped BAYWOLF!
Well I dropped a package off at the New Bern airport bound for Providence RI, or somewhere in Massachusetts I think? Baywolf came home for a spell to heal his injury and get familiar with the southern ways of life
again. Said he gonna have to have surgery on one of the family jewels when he returns shortly Gave him a hand this morning doing some work on his boat motor before dumping him out at the airport and adios man. Good luck, be safe and get the poon ready, something is gonna die!!!!!Foul Hook'd Last edited by Foul Hook'd; 10-29-2009 at 05:44 PM. |

Roger thansk a lot for all your help with the boat and getting me to the airport. Chris you are my hero for hooking me up with Tylor and getting me back. Thanks a bunch Tylor for picking up this old dog and getting him to the killing fields. Dave killed 2 on my trip back home and I was ready to get some but that was not the case this week. Got to fish Tues and Fri, blew like hell Wed and Thurs. Sat and Sun look to be the same. Looks like we are going to get 2 or 3 days a week to fish and swing from the ball the rest. That gets old real quick. The bite has fallen off as of late. A few boats are getting them and I can't figure out what they are doing, Pauly, Hot Tuna with Tylor as the mate, Walt is getting his share and few others. 70 boats yesterday and about 10 killed. We are holding out to see if we have a repeat of last year before we point her south. I have met a lot of great people like Cranny, Willie, Tylor and Chris up here, they sure do talk funny, it has been a great vacation. Cross decking in 4-6' is a bit tricky but thses guys can sure drive a boat so I wasn't worried. I have learned a lot this year about BFTing but barley the tip of the iceberg. I feel like a green horn when I hear these guys talk, landing 30-60 a year but I will take a reel with the best of them. Hopefully our killing isn't over up here. Yesterday I watched 2 fish draging 2 boats not 20 yds away from other boats while they were fishing and the crew kept them out of the gear. You wouldn't see that in MHC. Its not better fishing just different. The fish on average are 2 to 3 times bigger up here though and caught in much deeper water. The evenings are getting cooler, the leaves are changing and the weather is NE unpredictable day to day. Won't be long and my vacation will be over, Back to WARM NC! Thanks again to Roger, box Chris Tylor and SFC.
