    Oyster season over

Well the oyster season ended for us today here in Pamlico Co and surrounding areas , with thousands and thousands of busshels taken by the fleet of boats working the western Pamlico Sound and Neuse River this has been one of the best if not the best season for this area , and looks like there may be a good few years to follow. These same ol rocks still have plenty on them right now , we just ''mowed the grass'' to make more grow.. But stay tuned Ill be posting ''The Minature Deadliest Catch" as I get footage of the Blue Crab Industry. Working crab pots here on the Neuse River .Thanks again to all the guys support what we do here in whats left of our Commercial Fishing Industry..........

As long as there is no freezing spray to knock off the Carolina crab boats, it will be a great video... Best of luck with Crab season.

I enjoyed all of your post this season, treyd. Traded a peck off of Rusty and Adam? at the Paradise Shores boat ramp the week of St. Pattys day. Was gonna steam some, but ended up shucking and eating the whole mess raw. Unbelievable is a good word to describe how good they were.

Would you consider shipping live blue crabs to me?
