Outer banks, OI , duck island

My brother and a few friends are looking to charter and inshore boat in the beginning of may. 2 of the guys are relatively new to saltwater fishing. they are looking to stay inshore and target whatever species they can ( Drum, cobia etc. ) . any suggestions , anyone recommend a charter for what they want? they dont want to go offshore . Any help would be appreciated.

if you are going to be on the outer banks near Oregon inlet and not Hatteras then I can help you. I run my boat out of Pirates Cove on the cause way between Nagshead and Manteo.

I run inshore trips, 1/2 - 3/4 and full day.
