I will be bringing the boat doing the guiding for 6 couples. need some local info would like to do some inshore & some offshore. possible offshore 8th 9th 10th & 11th other days inshore.

whats available inside the inlet?
have 1 in the bunch wants to lock asms with arm puller. any large sharks in the inlet? how deep is the inlet/bay? where to start? what maps are available & whats the best place to pick them up.

I'm no expert, but here are a few thoughts:

Keep in mind that you will be there during the Pirates Cove Billfish tourney, so lots of boats fishing offshore during that week.

The inlet and sound are treacherous and local knowledge is much more valuable than charts. Follow pros out until you get it down.

I'm not too familiar with the sound b/c we do more offshore, but there are spanish and blues in the inlet amberjacks on nearshore wrecks and towers if your friend wants to stretch his arms.

Maybe I am reading this wrong or it is how you worded it, but if you are doing this for pay, be sure to get a guide license for your boat. Also every one will need a Saltwater fishing license or you can get a "Blanket" license for your boat...
