Alright, I'm currently working on the Bft painting, but just finished up this one below for a tournament next year. Its a new tournament within the Bay Point Invitational called the 40 / 40 Shootout. It's for 40 boats under 40 feet fishing for meatfish.
They wanted a tournament poster and t-shirt design with lots of color which also had all 3 meatfish. Tuna, Dolphin, and Wahoo in the painting. Instead of cramming them together underwater I kind of stacked them. I felt I could get some honest opinions from you all on that one and the new 2009 Bay Point Invitational Tournament art. The meat fish painting has temporarily been named Meat Fish'n for my printer. The other one is named Full Moon Frenzy. Both images are low res.
You all answered my question about the Meat Fish painting, thanks for the attaboys,I'll forward it to the tournament committee then. BFT should be complete today or tomorrow. Since it's Halloween, I wanted to show you some commissioned eyeball paintings that I did last month. Two are for boat owners. One boat is out of Willmington called the Eyecatcher (some of you may know the boat it's a 64 Garlington, so I painted the boat in the reflection of the Marlins eye thats being fought. Then an avid Dolphin fisherman out of Charleston decided he wanted his boat in the eye of a dolphin. He then wanted a Tarpon Eye showing him fishing backwater in Mexico with his son and favorite lure ( a MIRRORLURE) you cathch that Gottafly?
I guess a Wahoo is next and so on.
