Thanks Chris for sharing.
Prayers sent up for the Franco's and we'll make a point of putting down two planners the next time we can go out.

It appears that this has sent their company into a tail spin. I ordered three planers from them in January and have still not received them.
I spoke to both brothers at different times and have been told that they would go out immediately three times and still nothing. I finally just bought them from Joe Schute's place and requested a refund. Still no refund.
Its a serious shame what happened but its getting a little out of control. As much as I feel for these guys they still need to make right on the business that is out there. I can understand if they are having a hard time continuuing production but keeping the money???
The bottom line is, I would hesitate on sending any money over there until this stuff shakes out.![]()
Old Salty has been a staple for a long time. I know it's aggravating to have money out there with nothing to show for it yet. I've not been in their shoe's, but I do know how it is if you ever "get behind", getting back on firm ground can be tough. Frank
Agreed .... I have been there more times than I care to remember. The most important thing to do during those times is to be honest and up front with your loyal customers. I would gladly wait patiently if i knew there was some recognition of the problem and an honest plan for reconciliation. Empty promises will make the situation worse every time.
