Good small boat catch. Going deep has the rest of the pics to post up. We were pretty pumped about it.
5#s shy of the state record on the blackfin.

Great catch. While we were getting finsihed at Pirates Cove a boat pulled in there with a 200lb Big Eye!

What a massive fish.

we were around the point all morning, we were hooked up shortly after the charter was hooked up. We were about 1/4 mile from the other boat fighting their fish.

That's the only two big eyes ive heard of this month. Its been a strange year. Last year the yellowfin showed up in sept and we caught them right on through the end of the year. This year i can count on one hand the number of fall yellowfin we've caught. Thank the lord for the black fin.

What did your black fin weigh? Its looks like a Nice one.
