    Offshore Charleston, SC fishing report

    22 dolphin
    1 blackfin tuna
    1 sailfish release

fished out deep around 226. Pretty rough on the way out, got nicer throughout the day. Left the dolphin out there for someone else to catch because of a full fish box.

ripped the gills out of a fish. did not catch the fish, just the gills.

no clue on the recipe. it was my roommate who did the cooking.
