Off to the Deep Blue Pacific

Well after a year of planning I'm headed to BWI and off to my first Pacific adventure.

Boarding the Excel tomorrow morning and heading after some yellowtail, tuna, and whatever else we find out there.

The camo camcorder will be rolling along with a ton of pictures.

Wish me luck, and keep up with the reports on www.excelsportfishing.com

I'll see if I can't steal some satelite internet time and sneak a little report on here you all.

Sounds like a great trip, Dave. Good luck, can't wait to see the pics of you with a slob YFT. Did you bring your fly rod?

Hope you have a safe, fun trip.

Have a KILLER time out there Dave. One of the most impressive things I've ever seen was the Excel offloading tuna after a 16 day trip - I don't think there was a Yellowfin below 100 lbs and a couple were over 250. Some damn big yellowtails, wahoo and Mahi as well.

The day I was there they rolled 12 bins of tuna off the boat - go get'em
