They look good Nick. All you needed was to add some Diablo sauce to them and give them a little kick.

Lump hardwood of course!
When the weather cools a bit, I start with wood. Then it's a sixpack for the fire to make coals and another for the cooking. I once cooked an old topsider like that and thought was delicious!
