DOES THIS MEAN TRAFFIC COURT REBATES TO THOSE WHO WERE UNFAIRLY GIVEN TICKETS IN THIS SPEEDTRAP DURING THE 20 MPH DAYS?

That is great news. I got yanked over by one of the local finest, she was headed towards Beaufort, I was headed towards Newport. When she stopped me she told me that I was in a 20 mph zone, and I asked her how fast I was going. She didn't have a number, and at that point she stated that " I looked like I was fixin' to take off ."! I asked her where "Fixin' to take off" fell in the penal code, again, she was without an answer. The fella in my passenger seat was a retired police detective and couldn't believe what he was hearing. We still laugh about it to this day. I got a stern talking to and was on my way.

I can now fix to be takin' off 10 mph faster now.
