OBX fishing

I joined a group of friends today leaving out of Pirates Cove on the Bi-Op-Sea hoping to find some yellowfin tuna.

While we did not find any yellowfin, we managed 17 nice black fin (a few 20 pounders) and at approx. 1:00 found a school of gaffer dolphins. We sat in one spot and caught 17 fish in a 25 minute period. Chaos at its finest.

What a great day on the OBX. Could not have asked for better fishing or weather.
