Not Too Bad,

Finally took some day's off the fish. We had a local tournament (tuna,dolphin and wahoo) here in Eastern NC,fishing out of Ocracoke. We fished Wed just for fun(myself and one other guy) and ended up with one of the straight run gaffer catches I've seen. Had a blow out Thursday, but in hind site we should have fished. Fished Friday with another nice box of fish. The day started out fast trolling to the break, all of a sudden BAM fish on. Man this felt like I good sized wahoo for a while. Then we got to thinking tuna??? After a good long, long pull we gaffed a beautiful AJ!!!! What an AJ fast trolling???? Yes indeed. Started catching the same class dolphin we got the day before. Thought we'd be better off slipping offshore into deeper water to try for a larger single. It payed off, we caught a 43 1/2 lb Bull that would end up taking first place in the Dolphin bracket. Steamed up North to try for a tuna, not a tuna bite all day. Ended up with another good box of gaffer's. All in all a great time with some good guy's, cooler full of fresh fillet's (won't go without fish for awhile), and having myself and crew pulling out first place wasn't bad either. That was a pretty good Dolphin and should make you buy a camera! We wanna see the good stuff...

Congrats on the win Frank, but come on now, you can't use "Don't have a digital camera yet, fighting technology as had as I can" as an excuse as you use a computer to make your reports... it's just the next step... go on now Frank and stub that other toe for us....
