best of luck to ya Rick - and in no way feel alone, we ALL have those kinda days - and unfortunately some of us have them a little more often than others.

hate to hear you and Shane parted ways, but it happens. I just went thru it with my mate and fortunately we are still able to be friends, but splitting off was probably best for both of us.

I have learned to look at things as has been said above, everything DOES happen for a reason. This isn't a bad day but another door opening!
