For Speedy great service on both Penn and Shimano, try EJW. I dropped an 80TW off to be serviced and have new drags at 9:00 am and by 4:00 PM the reel was done... Of course this was mid-August, so other times of the year may be different...
but I couldn't possibly ask for better...
