Honestly- neither. Offthehooktackle should be easily legiable. but if I had to choose one it would be the hook. Too many billfish logos. the hook caught my eye a little more.

I am struggling with the same thing myself.

Well my art skills aint what they used to be & Im getting fustrated...So I used my logo program I always used...I think Im going with something like this..
